We hope to get our furniture next week!

Dear Ms. Viljoen,

Your import shipment was inspected by Daff Bio-security officers yesterday.  They have found quarantine risk material and an order has been issued for  Treatment, Re-exportation or Destruction of the following items:

1 x Nativity set with bark and grass,
6 Xmas decorations made of straw,
1 Xmas star made of vine and sticks.

Gamma Irradiation cannot be done in Adelaide, and items need forwarding to Melbourne plant for treatment. Costs are great including transportation costs would be over $500-
Re-exportation:   depending on where it need returning to costs would be for new shipment.
Destruction under quarantine supervision:  $88.00

Please see attached ‘’Agreement to Treat” form.  Please read carefully, complete as required and sign and date bottom of form.  Return to myself within the next few days.

The shipment is now cleared conditionally, subject to the above.
Once form is received back we can confirm the cost payable & make shipment available for delivery asap.

Kind regards,

Sharon White
